Commissions

  1. Introduction
    • This section of the article addresses the goals to be achieved in the sale of artistic commissions, such as:
      • Arts — Commissioned drawings focusing on anthropomorphic characters (of course, open to other types of content) to compose the client's form of expression; Visual arts for social media.
  2. Nature of the work
    • This section of the article addresses prohibitions on what will never be done, including the types of requests that will be immediately rejected, even before partial negotiation.
    • Below are the factors that imply immediate termination of the service:
      1. Requests for the production of explicit and inappropriate content for minors under 18 years old or illegal content, such as:
        • NSFW¹/NSFL² Arts — ¹Not Safe for Work (Focus on explicit sexual activities) and ²Not Safe for Life (Focus on graphic and visceral content, explicit gore), respectively — Do not insist; even offering higher amounts, the request will be denied.
      2. Arts that depict criminal contexts or allude to them — Pdophilia, Zophilia, and R*pe — Do not insist; even offering higher amounts, the request will be denied.
      3. Any content that makes me uncomfortable.
      4. Failure to guarantee payment on time; stating that you will buy on credit is not allowed.
      5. Declaring the desire to "rush the artist"; if this is noticeable during the process, the order will be canceled.
      6. Requesting semi-finalized or finalized content without paying and without the artist's integral watermarks (marks that cover the entire work to protect it).
    • Below are requests that can be fulfilled subject to a significant price increase, defined by the artist:
      1. Arts that may contain non-explicit sexual content, only suggestive, for example, extremely subtle genital region highlights or suggestive poses where the characters are adults — The price increase may range from 50% to 80% of the partial amount.
      2. Arts containing low-impact graphic content, such as light blood and bruises — The price increase may range from 10% to 30% of the partial amount.
  3. Budget and deadlines
    • This section addresses the budget and deadlines of the provided service, including the client's request details and the estimated timelines for each process stage, which may involve advance notices or delays. It is advisable that the client makes a preliminary quote via DM on Twitter/X at @auzysun or Telegram @AuzySunset. Your message request will be accepted within 48 hours. Before contacting, please check if I am available for these types of service provisions.
    • These deadlines apply to all offered modalities and can be adjusted by the service provider with prior notice. These deadlines and payment amounts are based on the following factors:
      1. Initial fixed amount depending on the work's size — This symbolic amount (R$ 5 ~ R$ 15) must be paid for the first draft of the work to be done and sent for client approval.
      2. You will receive the first draft within up to 5 business days of the fixed amount payment. This timeframe depends on the work's size. If this deadline is missed, you will be reimbursed R$ 5 of the fixed amount paid for every 5 days of delay.
      3. After delivering the first draft and receiving the client's approval, 50% of the total amount must be paid to continue. If any changes are made during the process, the client will be constantly contacted to make improvements to the work. The goal is to make the final work as close as possible to the client's wishes. This work development and constant client contact process may last from 2 days to 3 weeks until the work is finalized and delivered.
      4. During these small deliveries, the work will be presented with very apparent watermarks. The final result will be delivered with these watermarks and will only be removed when the other half of the total amount is paid. Note: If the work is musical, some distortions will be made to parts of the song until the full amount is paid.
      5. If the client does not respond in a timely manner, I will not continue until the art is confirmed.
    • Remember that these deadlines, amounts, and conditions can be changed according to more specific situations on both the client's and the artist's sides.
  4. Copyright
    • Upon receiving the finalized work, you must agree to the following items:
    1. Attributions to the artist
      • Digital art and music
        1. You may not attribute this work as if it were created by you.
        2. You cannot alter the final work with the intent to change or hide the attribution of the work's origin, such as erasing discreet watermarks on unique and large artworks.
        3. You can use it commercially, attributing the original artist in some way; the discreet watermark is sufficient if used in full.
        4. All are under the Creative Commons 4.0 International Attribution license.
      • Logos and posts
        1. Logos must be registered by the client.
        2. You do not need to attribute the artist's name, but you must never attribute it to someone else.
        3. You are free to use the logo/post you purchased in any way you want.
    2. Contracts
      • You must allow the posting of the produced content on the artist's social media and galleries. If you wish to prevent self-promotion, a negotiation must be made between the artist and the client.
  5. Guarantee
    • Refunds are guaranteed only in the early stages of the process or as small refunds for delays.
    • After the work is finalized, you may request minor adjustments at any time, limited to small detail adjustments.
